BYLANE comes from the hidden streets of Italy, where small neighbourhood places become known for what they make: simple ingredients, thoughtful craftsmanship and a love for good food that keep people coming back.
Since 2016, we’ve brought that spirit to our neighbourhood: 48-hour fermented dough, house-made sauces, handmade ravioli and carefully chosen ingredients, in flavour-forward vegetarian food made our own way.
We aren’t trying to recreate Italy. We’re building our own expression of it.
From pizza and pasta to everything around them, our philosophy is simple:

The founder
A brand that grew with its founder.
Abhishek left a career in banking to start 63 BYLANE in 2016, with a simple passion: to serve good Italian-inspired food in his own neighbourhood.
That passion grew into the craft itself: understanding ingredients and processes, developing recipes and refining the food. Ten years on, he still shapes every chapter.
We’re a neighbourhood kitchen in Kandivali that has been making pizza, pasta and focaccia from scratch since 2016. If you like doing things properly, we’d like to meet you.

Cookies and tracking
We use Google Analytics to understand how people use the website: which pages are viewed, where visitors come from, and how often buttons such as Order, WhatsApp and Call are tapped. We also use the Meta Pixel, which tells Meta (Instagram and Facebook) that you visited, so we can measure our ads and show our offers to people who have been here before. Both use cookies and run when you visit the website.

Our ordering site (order.63bylane.com, run by DotPe) uses the same Google Analytics and Meta Pixel. The website sets no other cookies of its own.
Links to Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, Google Maps, Zomato, Swiggy and our ordering site take you to those services, which follow their own policies.
How long we keep it
Job applications: up to 12 months, so we can contact you if a suitable role opens. Ask us and we will delete yours sooner.
Messages and emails: as long as needed to help you, and then only as long as our records reasonably require.
Technical data: kept briefly by our hosting provider for security, and not used to identify you.
